We ship with GLS to Switzerland and Norway.

If you would like to have a parcel delivered to Switzerland or Norway, there are some important aspects to consider:

  1. Customs: Since Switzerland is not part of the European Union, customs fees may apply to the import of goods. The amount of these fees may vary depending on the type and value of the goods.
We will pay the customs fees, they are already included in the shipping and ancillary costs.

  2. Import VAT: Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway are tax-free export deliveries, no matter whether private individuals or companies. For these deliveries, however, still accrue tax, the so-called import VAT. The import sales tax is calculated and invoiced by GLS on behalf of the customs authority.

  3. Delivery times: Keep in mind that customs clearance may extend the delivery time.

  4. Country of delivery: If you enter a German address as the country of delivery, German taxes will be charged.
